Multistream hybrid Sponsored event

We were asked to provide a virtual event platform and full live production services for a UK Based Technology Trade Association.

The event was held at their London offices, where we streamed from 3 separate rooms onto the custom platform that we built for them in-house. Each room had 3 x FS7 cameras (2 x operated and 1 x fixed wide shot), live vision mixed with slides for the broadcast, and also sending the return feed for in-room screens and PA system. This event had presenters from the UK and abroad, with several unable to make it to the event itself. For these presenters, we facilitated a Zoom Iso system to bring in the clean camera and audio feeds of the remote presenters. As most of these sessions were panel discussions, we mixed these feeds into in-room screen and online broadcast layouts, to make the show feel smooth and inclusive both in-room and online audiences.

The platform utilised all our standard features, presenter bios, tracked agenda, downloadable content, breakout rooms, live user to user chat and groups, but - by special request, we also developed a real-time feedback system to promote online participants to give feedback at the end of each session with a simple comment box and star rating. This appeared automatically towards the end of each session, and the responses of such appeared in the client dashboard as a star rating chart, and downloadable wordclouds.

This gave the client much needed response from the audience to satisfy sponsors of engagement, and as feedback was gathered live throughout the day, it presented more accurate feedback than an end of day survey that they typically used to implement.
