Outside Streaming Technical Supplier

We supplied full camera and streaming outside broadcast solutions for some UK based Motocross tournaments over 2024.

Comprising of an 8 camera system, featuring Blackmagic Ursa Broadcast G2’s, Blackmagic Microstudios, and Sony FX6’s, with long runs all on fibre, to enable extensive track coverage (longest run being around 800m).

Our OB van featured video playback for sponsor videos, full graphics package, replay, camera directing/engineering and iso records in 4k. We also provided our bonded internet solution (feature hardware by Peplink, Starlink and Mikrotek) to allow the stream to go live in the toughest conditions (low cell coverage, no hardwired internet, low line of site to sky etc). Along with an industry standard commentary system by Glensound.

We filmed short interview pieces across the sites with a Sony FX3 on a DJI RS 4 Pro Gimbal, to create on the day recorded content for the show playback list. This made the delivery of the broadcast feel very slick, and gave the impression that the commentators were roaming around site live, and seamlessly live linking interviews with key figures from the sport.
