Recorded on demand on-boarding process

We were contracted to film a series of 17 short interviews by heads of department and C suite for a UK Accountancy firm at their London based offices.

We used 2 x Sony FX6 cameras for this, primary camera with prompt screen for script, and the secondary camera on an auto gliding rail. This gave us a more interesting profile shot to use in post to make the interviews more interesting for the viewers, and also for when masking cuts between different takes.

Sennheiser microphones to capture their talks (me1 lav, and 416 shotgun), audio fed directing into cam and recorded to internal Angelbird CFexpress A cards. Monitoring video on our JVC DT-U31 reference monitor which gives us a multiview of all cameras and also has in built scopes for metering.

Once edited in Adobe Premiere Pro, the finished pieces were then populated on an on demand portal for new starters to on-board to the business.

Previously this company required a 4 hour led teams meeting every 2 weeks by a Head of department, so the work on this project to make this journey on demand has highlighted a huge time saver, resulting in 104 hours of meetings a year saved!
