Pop up green screen interview filming

We were asked in 2021 by our friends are Breathe Productions to provide their private equity client with a fully on demand AGM experience.

To achieve the goals of this project, we conducted recording sessions for all of their internal and external speakers. Editing the presentations with graphics overlays and custom slide layouts. We then hosted the content on a bespoke platform, designed closely with their in-house Marketing and IT teams to ensure a fluid viewing experience.

The first year of this project saw us conducting fully remote recording sessions, bringing in presenters via their webcams or from their other offices locations etc. Then gradually evolving into filming their presenters at their London office.

Over the years, this project equates to filming over 100 presentation sessions, with some virtually, the rest in person. The view from their office features the Tower Bridge prominently, so they really wanted to use that as the backdrop for the project.

Once moving to the in room approach, for each AGM we were required to film over the course of 4 weeks, with typical English weather against us, and the client not wishing to see grey skies (in January). We decided to propose a green screen studio in their offices for the presenters convenience.

We then filmed the shot through the window (on a lovely sunny day!) to use as a plate for these recordings.

The result was being able to capture of both the backdrop and presenters at the highest quality, then keyed together to create a consistent viewing experience across all the content, and a very happy client!

We have delivered the on demand solution for this clients annual AGM and other fund AGMs every year since. Having the AGM as an on demand system, meant that their global investor base could all watch the relevant sessions at their convenience, with zero travel time / cost.
