International Multilingual Virtual event
We were contracted to provide a virtual event platform for a global pharmaceutical company, to host an event for all their employees with separate shows scheduled and streamed out for the LPAC, APAC and European regions.
The multi cam event was streamed from a London studio space, and required real time audio interpreters into several different languages, each selectable on the platform to ensure the event was fully inclusive and ignored the language barriers typically presented in this type of address. The platform automatically translated all text content to fall in line with the users language selection.
Due to the global nature of the event, we had to implement various solutions in order to ensure a smooth delivery worldwide, including sourcing reliable CDN networks within China to facilitate the stream.
The platform utilised all our standard features, presenter bios, tracked agenda, downloadable content, breakout rooms, and we also developed a gamification system to ensure engagement from the audience throughout the event. The client offered prizes to whoever stacked up the most points! Points were gained for generally interacting with the content, and actively looking out for and clicking hidden “tokens” within the content to gain an edge over others who may not have investigated so thoroughly.
This promoted a great response from the audience, and therefore the client!
